What it is actually like to train here in Modesto — real vehicles, small classes, twenty-plus years in the trade.
I get asked a lot what makes training in Modesto different from watching videos or driving to a bigger city for a class. Here's my honest answer.
This is a real, working shop, not a rented classroom set up for the week. I've been running it since 2002, and everything in the course comes out of that — not a script written by someone who's never had to make payroll off tinted glass.
Students drive in from across the Central Valley and fly in from out of state. We hold a discounted rate at the DoubleTree Modesto for exactly that reason — plan to land the day before your class starts if you're flying in.
Most of our cohorts are bilingual, English and Spanish together, and Modesto's own community is a big part of why that matters here — we've been presented live by the Stanislaus Latino Chamber of Commerce, and that recognition means more to me than most of the press we've gotten.
